For the client who needs quick assistance or instruction on their device that's functional or otherwise unable to bring their device in or are outside my service area, I can connect to your device remotely and securely to provide more limited but still excellent service to assist or answer any questions I can.
On-Site
When you need service but your device cannot leave it's location due to size or security, I come to you to provide a premium and comprehensive service in your home or home office.
In-Shop
The most common and economical solution is to bring your device to me and have your diagnostics and repairs performed in my shop for an efficient repair with the fastest turnaround time.
